Your
PCB layout design will meet our quality standards: |
|
Board Fit
The
finished printed circuit board will mechanically fit the enclosure or plan pattern
specified in your mechanical drawing, including board size,
shape, and hardware fit.
|
Design Goals
The printed
circuit board artworks will implement all pcb layout design goals which are specified in your input documents,
except for necessary compromises which you have
approved.
|
|
Part Fit
All board-mounted
components, electrical and mechanical, will fit
the board areas and holes for which they are intended. The pcb
design will have no undersize
holes, no incorrectly dimensioned land patterns.
|
Workmanship
All pcb
layouts proceed via standardized and checklisted design protocols.
Checking and validation are concurrent with, and built into, the design
flow. PCB
designs will demonstrate a high standard of workmanship quality,
consistent with or exceeding accepted industry practices.
|
|
Connectivity
The electrical
point-to-point connectivity of the etched pattern will agree with your
circuit schematic or netlist. The pcb layout artworks will contain
neither short circuits nor open circuits.
|
Manufacturability
Our pcb designs
are manufacturable in accordance with current industry standards.
This includes manufacture of the bare printed circuit board, the board assembly process,
component soldering, and testability of the final assembly. |
|
Immediate Satisfaction Policy
If you find that our pcb design fails
to meet any of our listed quality standards, we will immediately and at no
cost to you, correct and replace the faulty artworks and
drawings. We guarantee your satisfaction.
|
|
Customer agrees to limit the manufacture of new
board designs to minimum quantities of prototypes until such time
that functional test results prove the design acceptable for
quantity production. Our liability is limited to replacement of
manufacturing artworks and documentation drawings.
